Places can trigger unexpected emotion. Or was it discovering there was no cell phone access–connection, communication with loved ones–here? A beautiful old farmstead in rural Vermont, now a retreat for writers. Why?
I’ve never been here before. Still…there are connections. Soul coaches get their own soul work to do. Laura… and dad… and the home of my childhood come to mind. Unconscious unfinished feelings, emotions, energy that needs release and clearing maybe?
Or is it the isolation, communication, and connection piece?
Allowing, being with the feelings; letting them play out. All is well. This is a beautiful place.
