Another Monday Morning Light Fire- Starter-inspired conversation.
A key question to ask FIRST:  How do I want to feel?
And then, When do I feel that way already?
And then, How can I set myself up for more of those feelings?
I love feeling energized, joy-filled, loved, adored.  I love feeling free, well taken care of, supported.  I love the feeling of currency funds flowing in abundance, with ease and grace, feeling rich in this moment, and sharing with appreciation and love.  Feel-good heart-connected paying it forward.

Ask the Question in your work

We are well-versed and conditioned in both academic and business worlds to set goals and to achieve.  The KEY question: How do you want to FEEL? is seldom asked.  Ask the question, and answer it for yourself, and see where it leads.
A life worth living feels good to you; it has something coursing through your veins that feels powerfully energizing, and pulls you forward.  We have desires by design.

All of your desires, wants, or preferences emanate from you naturally and constantly, for you stand on a leading edge of a Universe that makes that so…. you cannot hold your desires back; the Eternal nature of this Universe insists that your desires come forth. (Abraham-Hicks, The Law of Attraction)

Take Notes. How do you want to FEEL?  What actions, choices, environments bring that feeling?

We are creators, magnets of life experiences

Regarding your creation of your own life experience, there really is only one important question for you to ask:  “How can I bring myself into vibrational (feeling) alignment with the desires that my experience has produced?”  And the answer is simple: Pay attention to the way you feel, and deliberately choose thoughts–about everything–that feel good to you when you think them.  (Abraham-Hicks, The Law of Attraction)

What are your beliefs — about yourself, about what’s possible, about how life works?  Do they support how you want to feel?
How DO you want to FEEL?
Play with writing an imaginary script of your day, where you are feeling that way now.  If you need an example, set up a Starter Session.  Both an example and sacred space to write and co-create in are my pleasure.
