What scripts do you write, listen to, and repeat to yourself?  Consider their impact.  Consider this one:

I want to be the best that I can be. I want to do and have and live in a way that is in harmony with my idea of the greatest goodness. I want to harmonize physically here in this body with that which I believe to be the best, or the good way, of life. If we are 100 percent responsible for every single story we tell–because we make them up–all of them–then let’s draw our attention and focus to writings and scripts and stories that fuel our mind and activate our energy and lives in ways that inspire, empower, and delight us.
